about

Ronaldo Veras is an architect and urban planner graduated from Instituto Metodista Bennett, in Rio de Janeiro, in 1998. As a senior architect at studio|r2, he develops residential, commercial, hotel, and ephemeral architecture projects, with a strong presence in several Brazilian states – Piauí, Ceará, Maranhão, Brasília and São Paulo.

His work is guided by the pursuit of timelessness in forms and materials, creating spaces that withstand the test of time, but always reflecting the identity and personality of each client. For Ronaldo, color is an essential and affective element: "I'm all about colors!", he often says, demonstrating his vibrant and sensitive signature in every project.

Passionate about hospitality and experiences related to the world of luxury hotels, he is a restless researcher who constantly updates his knowledge through courses and travel. These experiences enrich his repertoire and inspire creative and sophisticated solutions.

Unique lighting is a highlight of Ronaldo's projects, designed to be singular, intimate, and sensory, in addition to the emphasis on art, which acts as an integrating and leading element in the spaces, elevating each project to a true aesthetic experience.
